PET Manufacturing

Towell Group’s PET Manufacturing division was purchased by the group in December 2004. This was the first manufacturing facility in the Middle East which began producing plastic PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottles with inserted PP (Polypropylene) handles. Initially, PET Manufacturing was also one of the first divisions of Towell Group in Oman to engage in the commercial production of PET bottles and jars – for use in the edible oil industry, food & beverage packaging, mineral water bottling, hand wash/soap packaging etc. Today, the division continues producing high volumes of PET and plastic products for multiple commercial and lifestyle purposes. The PET market across the Gulf region is rapidly expanding and PET Manufacturing is committed to meeting this demand from their plant headquarters in Rusayl Industrial Estate, just outside of Muscat.
